Information Below Required To Register Your Brand

We’re excited to have your brand be part of High Desert Summit.
Please complete the form below so we can properly coordinate your booth, logistics, and promotion.

Do you wish to have a different size tent?
20x40 Tents are included, you are welcome to bring your pop up tents however training will be held in the larger tents in order to accommodate up to 50 dealers and allow for room and comfort.
Do you require power?
Power is Included in your event Fee
This means there will be no electric connections in your training tent
Will you have a vehicle on display?
Will you be doing live demos?
Demos are not training sessions.  Live demos would be taking dealers for a ride, or demonstrating your product on the road, trail etc

Shipping & Logistics

Shipping Address is 19 Nebula Cloud, Pine Hill NM 87357.

We can accept Fed EX, UPS or Freight.  We are equipped with Fork lift that can lift up to 3K.  

Event Dates are Thursday May 27 - (9 am First training sessions begin) - Saturday May 29.  Sunday is Departure day.

You are welcome to start showing up on Tuesday of the event week.

Offsite lodging or onset requested? We have available Tents. You can decide this later as the event is closer. 

On site tents sleep up to 4 and VIP Tents will be available that will be gone over with you after registration.
